    Stefan Bekowsky is a character in L.A. Noire. He is Phelps' partner during Phelps' stint at the traffic desk. He started working for the LAPD on 5-1-39. Bekowsky is highly regarded around the LAPD for his sharp mind, reliability, and dedication. He is shown to be a loyal friend and partner to Cole Phelps.

    Bekowsky was born on August 15, 1921 in California.

    When the captain of the Traffic Desk introduces Stefan he mentions that Stefan is of Polish descent. He worked as a beat cop for six years before being promoted to Traffic.

    Promotion to Homicide:

    In the DLC Vice Case The Naked City Cole encounters Stefan again but this time partnered with Rusty Galloway. This most likely means that when Cole was promoted to Vice that Stefan was promoted to Homicide shortly after.

    Bekowsky is played by Sean McGowan.
