SO Championship Edition update for SFIV

Thought it was coming out end of March? -Nope, 24th April (Japan)
Same features on both formats? -Nah *EXCLUSIVE* features to each format

 Can someone help me out, because I'm sure for all the features Capcom were going to add, which some said were supposed to be in the game from the start, no one ever said anything about Capcom trying to charge money for these features.

What the heck is this and what is exclusive to each format?

If you're talking about the Kotaku post, they edited it to say that they incorrectly reported that the DLC was 25$.  Apparently going to be "totally free".
