As you know, Vega, M. Bison and Balrog are names that switched way back from SF2 (if I haven't mistaken).
Of course we're familiar the names that are supposedly wrong, but the names the Japanese version uses suits the characters more.
And that would be:
Balrog - Spanish claw man
M. Bison - Boxer who bites ears off people
Vega - Gay guy with a cape
Street Fighter IV
