I don't really know what more to say, but this:
" Why does it matter now that SFIV has been out for a million years? "It's apparent that you don't realize just how much EGM meant to some people. Getting this final, unpublished issue is probably like a dream come true for a lot of people out there.
" Why does it matter now that SFIV has been out for a million years? "Because EGM was a legendary magazine, this was supposed to be the last issue but they got shut down right before they could send it to print. The return of EGM in semi-digital form with collaboration of former EGM/1UP employees (Area5.tv's Co-op, Bitmob, etc.) is epic.
seanbaby holy crap i forgot about his epic broken pixels. that and 1up show were cornerstones of my week lol
i also miss man god. and crispin.
D:
edit: that awesome terrorist/hostage situation shooter episode of broken pixels with crispin, seanbaby and man god was just about one of the greatest things i'd ever seen.

"Well, I know the significance EGM held for many people, especially with the aftermath of the 1upocalypse. But I still don't understand why it matters. I guess I don't need magazines for the same reasons others do: I just want the information. I don't care much about the editorial.

Did that kill any one elses browser with lag? i hope to god that their digital version doesn't work as a browser only thing cause that thing slowed my firefox down to a crawl.
I hope they use zinio like they did before.
I had no problem with this and I think they have a really cool idea in the works here. I'm not ready to subscribe yet (I need more info on both the magazine and the staff) but I'm starting to like what I see. I despise my Maxime magazine that I get because of EGM:s death. I honestly feel quit insukted that Maxim was the magazine they thought I would like to have instead on EGM. I'm a swede and 1UP made me subscriber of EGM so it's really sad that my support for them barly lasted for a year before they went under and now I have a year of freaking Maxim issues to se dropping down in my mail slot.
But as I said. The new EGM concept looks cool and forward thinking.

" @FluxWaveZ said:Look, I don't have so much money that I can decide to spend some just to hear subjective opinions of people working in the video game journalism industry via magazine. The internet has everything I need in that regard, so paying for this is about as useful as paying for IGN insider for me."
