    Okay, I'm sick of the stupid 360 controller. So heres the question, fightpad or fightsick. I could get a fightpad for like $32 or a fightstick for like $55. 
     
    Also, I'm still a bit of a beginner if that makes any difference with which one I should probably use.

    Get a stick. It is better to use in the long run cause it wont break down like the controller will. Unless you are planning on getting the bad one that breaks. Get a top quality stick that wont break and learn that. You will never want to go back to pad again for any fighting game.

    I use a FightPad and I've had no major controller issues. Also, a FightStick won't make you good. Actually, no controller will make you good, but a FightPad is a good stepping stone if you want to up your game and don't want to use a FightStick.

    Okay thanks guys. I knew this topic was prbly started like a million times but I couldnt find a recent one so I just made a new one knowing Id prbly get some fast responses.

    I have an old HORI EX2 (pic in my profile) if you're interested in something like that. To answer your question....stick all the way. Once you adapt to a stick, you won't want to go back to a pad.

    @turbomonkey138: Yeah but I understand now that it's better to use a stick then a pad in the long run. I've used my controller for far too long and have gotten so used to it that transitioning to my stick will take much more determination and patience then I am able to give. It's too late for me but had I known that I'd of used a stick from day one.
