This picture seems to point out a weird oddity in some of the artwork for SFIV. Sort of like the GTA IV and Left 4 Dead "Fingers" weird oddities but more...sinister.

It does indeed look dubious..It's almost like the artist has used the foreshortening to attempt to do this on purpose.. That line has no place there when the shading does the job fine

Not that odd, the bulge further back is the bicep, then the elbow, and the next bulge is a massive other muscles I don't know the name of. Mine are bigger than my elbow.
