Ryu at the moment. He was the easiest to pick up and play so I stuck with him.

I started with Ryu as well, but now I play Gouken exclusively. Ryu is easy to learn the basics with because his moves are few and simple, but he definitely viable at higher levels as well. There is no reason you can't stick with him unless you get bored or another character catches your interest.

Gouken. I wouldn't consider myself that good with him, being new and all, so I'm still trying to learn him properly, though I love his directional fireballs and his counters.

Started with Sagat, experimented with Fei Long/Cammy/Balrog/Akuma, ended with Sagat.

I main Akuma. I still play Cammy/Gouken/Fei-Long on the side though, but Akuma is my main guy.

Rog army FTW, though I go across the map and pick Honda and other characters too.

started off using cammy but have switched to ryu and will probley stay with him.

The only character I've ever won online playing as is Fei-Long. No idea why, but I guess he's my guy.

No worries, I think the hardest I ever got my ass kicked was by a Ken. It was brutal.

in ranked and championship I exclusively play M. Bison.   I'll play as anyone in player matches.

Sakura.

Blanka all the way. That guy rocks, though I do find his supers and ultras a little hard to pull off effectively.

I main Rufus but really love using Gen also. But seeing as i can pick only one i went with Rufus.

When I was playing it online I was M.Bison all the way. Blue Bison, just to mix it up.

I use Cammy, Sagat and Ryu. I use Ryu the most usually.

Blanka, Rog, then ken, Dan, or seth.
ive tried so hard with sakura but nope cant do it.

Trying to main El Fuerte and failing miserably.

El Fuerte is really fun but I wouldn't be able to main him cause I lose so damn much with him. I did manage to win a G2 tourney with him but not much else.
I usually pick Abel though.

Originally main El Fuerte though lately have been using Rufus, Vega, C. Viper(FAIL), and Sim.

C. Viper. I kinda decided I wanted to learn how to play with the new characters, and while I never got the handle of El Fuerte and Rufus, I really enjoyed Abel and quickly fell in love with Viper. I just really appreciate the different levels that her attacks can take, and how I can cross-up depending on which variant of her specials I use. Plus, I got a soft spot for chicks in suits.

I used to play as Sakura alot, her moves are badass. I ended up with Sagat, he's really fun to play as for me and simple too because all this special moves are towards the enemy. When I want to mix it up a bit I'll play as Cammy or Bison, though.

Cammy, E. Honda, Blanka... C. Viper is still being a brat.

I pretty much only use Abel.

I main Cammy, which is weird, because I avoided her like the Plague back in the SFII days.  I always used Dhalsim and Blanka back then, as they were difficult to master...but it would make a man cry if you stomped their asses with them.

M.Bison has always been my guy. Although I have only played Sf4 in a shop.
