    Cranked this tutorial out in half a day or so, I realized that I've talked about the roundhouse loop that Akuma has a lot, but have never actually demonstrated how it works. So here it is, even if you don't play akuma you might learn a thing or two about 1-frame links and plinking. Enjoy.

    So I take it from these videos that you've played SFIV for more than a week or two. I'm just curious, any there any characters you have real trouble fighting against online? Dhalsim perhaps?

    @Rayfield: About half the cast I have troubles with to be honest, my match-up skills are lacking. Balrog and Ryu and Rufus are among the worst for me. Dhalsim is a fun match.

    I once utterly destroyed an Akuma with my Sakura and I have to say, that felt pretty good (mainly because Akuma's had been killing me up until that point). 
     
    Whenever I see that the dude on the other end has picked Blanka, I nearly quit. Christ, I hate fighting against Blanka.

    @lordofultima:    Anyway, soon loltima you'll have a complete set of tutorials, any idiot will be able to use Akuma. All you need now is a matchup video and you could sell it on a DVD like Kuroda does for 3s =P.

    Abel's hitbox is a bit wierd. It sucks he's suceptable to this loop.
     
    Question to Ultima, is there a way to say fireball FADC at the end of the roundhouse loop to start the loop from the beggining. I know it'll do no damage but it would certainly piss the opponent off and run the clock down. If you can I wonder how much time and how big a combo you could do with a full super bar.

    @coonce: NO coonce, you're the one that's awesome. If only I could put my free time and editing prowess to better use, like making websites about video games!

    @Scooper: Yeah you can get quite a few loops, and I'm sure if you youtube it you'll see ridiculous 40 hit combos from it too. But yeah, my execution couldn't hold out that long, especially since I have to record these tutorials with my sound muted on my computer, so it doesn't bleed into the stick footage audio.

    I found that out when I tried doing it in training mode tonite. My awful timing really shows in these 1 link combos.

    @Gahzoo: The first time I had this thing inflicted upon me, my first reaction was stunned disbelief that it worked at all, followed by the obvious question of why doesn't every Akuma that plays me attempt to do it. Seriously, I can't believe they don't all at least try to do this thing over and over.

    Really?  I will agree that "bat shit bonkers" is definitely the best description I've found for it, but there's something about it for me that feels more accessible. 
     
    Or maybe it's just because I'm now waiting for SSFIV to get back into all this shit.  lol

    @lordofultima: Blazblue is absolutely too much for me to handle most of the time. Because of this, I only play Hakumen. I just sit there and block until I've got five stars of meter, then kill them in one four-hit combo. I would never be able to memorize those gigantic Tao combos, for example. Hakumen's completely stupid damage lets me keep my opponents honest and allows me to play at SFIV speeds. Hakumen is also the only character in the game possesses any kind of readability on his movements; it's pretty easy to figure out what he's doing.

    @Flushes: Hakumen is the only character that interests me at all in BlazBlue, so I feel you there. It's just that everyone else is apeshit in comparison, and I can't keep up. Bang is hilarious in his own insane way, but yeah -- never could play BB seriously.
