    General Information

    Sunset Sarsaparilla is new to the Fallout Universe. It is very similar to the series' Nuka-Cola, but Sunset Sarsaparilla does not replace Nuka-Cola in Fallout: New Vegas. Sunset Sarsaparilla is a consumable. When the player character drinks it he or she will regain 2 of their HP every second for 25 seconds. As with Nuka-Cola, when The Courier drinks a bottle of Sunset, he/she gains 1 bottle cap.
     

    Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Caps

     Certain rare bottles of Sunset Sarsaparilla have a special "Blue-Star" battle cap. These caps are very rare, and are hunted by many wastelanders. There is a myth in the Mojave that if a person gets enough "Blue-Star" bottle caps, then he/she will gain access to a valuable Pre-War treasue.
