That's pretty awesome.

Damn, that was awesome.  I wouldn't mind seeing Super Mario Land get a remake treatment like that.

That was a pleasent little surprise. The level he created actually looks very good.

It's stuff like this that makes me glad there are crazy people with a lot of time on their hands. I approve.

The wall jump kind of ruins it though. Is he planning to patch that out somehow?

Brings back great memories.
Reminds me I have to get NSMBWii some time.

Alright, that was pretty cool.

Wonder where he got the remixed music.

@Rallier: Just don't use it. :P I think I like the wall jump. It's not just a graphically enhanced Super Mario Land, it's Super Mario Land 1 and 2 with all the NSMBW powerups and such, plus some original content. This isn't your father's Super Mario Land. ;)
I hadn't realized there were so many superball flowers in the first level.

Hell most proper SMBWii levels basically ignored your ability to wall jump too.

This just begs the question.

Why haven't Nintendo given this guy a job yet?

Honestly, I think that Super Mario Land deserves a HD enhanced remake. As does SML2.
