In this arcade version of the Super Monkey Ball series, players control AiAi as he moves through a single level in the classic Super Monkey Ball style. At the end of the level, the game dispenses tickets, the number of which varies depending on how quickly the level was completed and how many bananas were collected. The player can redeem the tickets for prizes given out by the arcade.
After the completion of the main level, the player can also try their hand at a "jackpot" stage. The jackpot begins at 500 tickets, and increases by 1 extra ticket every time a player fails to achieve it.
