The Super Nintendo Entertainment System was the second home console released by Nintendo.
The SUPER Super Nintendo Entertainment System poll - BEST GAME EVER? READ ALL BEFORE VOTING!
So based on my best Nintendo console ever poll that the SNES is easily the favourite. Next logical step is what game did you love the most. It will be tough and you will have to think hard about it. Look at all of those sweet games ………. makes you drool for the good old days doesn't it!
Start voting.
I will give my love and vote to Harvest Moon as it started a long love affair with the series.
Oh man! EarthBound, F-Zero, or Final Fantasy VI? I wish I could vote for all of them at once! I'll go with EarthBound, though.

I told you it would be tough. It is like having to choose which of your children you like most .......... no, that is easier.

Well good god damned. That poll was too long to scroll. I ain't voting.
Sheesh you are lazy man. Drink some more alcohol and settle in for a long think!
Perhaps I should have taken a lead from you and just put 2 options - Chono Trigger and Other Motherfucker?
Now that's a discussion to be made. Yeah, probably spam poll. You're right.@Claude said:

I voted for Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World which is kind of cheating. So much Mario.
Shouts out to Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Mario Kart, Super Bomberman and Killer Instinct.
Also, that's a lot of "super".
Super Mario All-Stars, specifically the SNES pack in version that has Super Mario World included. I wish I didn't sell that..... After that... Super Mario Kart (THE BEST ONE) Star Fox, and Donkey Kong Country

Well, it said it right there on the box, it was SUPER!

All I want to know now is if there's a cap on the number of poll options you can have.
I was tempted to try it. I think there are 122 options there. I just picked the best rated games plus some more obvious names. I was waiting for it to tell me to stop.

There were many options, but there was no Fire Emblem.
That didn't get a western release right (I just used western releases)? I never played it, but it is easily my favourite series. I was up 'til 5.30am playing Radiant Dawn this morning.

@Contrarian:
But it's not 5:30 AM, yet.
Not on the Moon perhaps, but it was 5.30am on Saturday morning 10 hours ago as I type this. Just getting ready for a Saturday evening of more games.

Where's Shin Megami Tensei 1 or 2 D:
Same place as Fire Emblem and Dragon Quest - in the list of legendary games we never got to play back in the day.
Fuck this is hard. NHL '94 or Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run .

You and your sport loving ways ........
My top 10:
10. Donkey Kong Country 2
9. Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
8. Demon's Crest
7. Tetris Attack
6. Super Mario RPG
5. Kirby Super Star
4. Earthbound
3. Chrono Trigger
2. Final Fantasy III/VI
1. Super Metroid
Edit: Shame on you not putting Demon's Crest on this poll
Super mario world, i played that game for years, so much to collect so many different and varied levels, getting the super challenging levels unlocked and that jubilation you feel when its finally 100% complete. no other game influenced my love of video games as much as this one.
i have rebought this game several times in my life on the GBA and going so far as to buy a snes with all stars just to get my hands back on this a few years back

Where is Bill Lamberts Combat Basketball?
DH.
No, that wasn't short for dickhead - just Other. Combat Basketball? That would be less boring than the normal kind.
Jesus Christ, man. Super Mario World, pretty much because that's all I can remember playing on that system for the longest time. Maybe Harvest Moon?
@Contrarian: whaa? you put something like seaQuest in there but leave out Terranigma?
contrary (ha!) to what you said in the other thread, we probably don't think alike after all :P

According to developer Quintet, Terranigma sold 200,000 copies in Japan. Jeremy Parish of 1UP.com's Retronautspodcast described it as the game with the best reputation in Quintet's creation trilogy. He remarked that the series was "full of solid gameplay, great music and surprisingly deep story themes", and thatTerranigma exceeded both Soul Blazer and Illusion of Gaia, "making it a long-coveted classic". Parish also expressed his wish for the title to be released on theWii's Virtual Console download service. Kei Kuboki of the video game magazine GameFan described it as the developer's "best (...) effort", and as being "among the [Super Nintendo's] most memorable titles".
I feel suitably ashamed of myself right now. After reading up on it, I want to play it. Never got a US release which is very odd.
