We've seen SF4 on iPhone and now SSF4 is on the the 3DS. Do you think Sony's NGP, PSP 2, will also receive a version. I would bet on yes with the only difference being from the 3DS version no 3D and maybe with more horse power dynamic backgrounds.

Yes they will, for the first year I had my PSP I kept Street Fighter Alpha Max in it by default. Capcom knows that Sony's portables are a good market for them. I wouldn't be surprised if it missed launch but I would be shocked if a year went by with out one.
 
Also just to be an idiot: The NGP will be able to play Street Fighter Alpha Max day one,love that PSN download store
