    Dictators "Psycho Crusher" have cross up properties?  Is this a skill that good players have found the ability to exploit properly?  Because not every dictator that i've faced knows how to do this it would seem... 
     
    Someone please explain, because if its just a standard simple move, that seems kinda cheap imo.. but then again... 
     
    Blanka, with this horribly ambiguous "BALLS' drives me bananas.

    Think it's something to do with his legs having a hurtbox.

    @TheLastNeo: In Super, the hitbox was extended out to his legs so that it wouldn't get stuffed [every fucking time]. 
     
    It's a tricky tool now. Basically, if they do it on your wake-up, you can almost guarantee it'll x-up. 
     
    Reversals work pretty well.
