Contrary to what was believed before, you get to choose which you want to play!

So now you can play Super, AE or v2012? I've never really understood playing previous versions but it's good of them to make it available.

@mubress: Well some people actually want to stick with AE, someone did in another thread... I personally want to move on to AE2012. Didn't realize that Super was also an option, but I guess its fun for nostalgia sake.

I hope at some point in the future they allow you to play versions of characters against one another, like vanilla Sagat verses AE Yun.

Fighting game scene always go forward. If its turns out its worse, then the game is just dead, there is no going back.

I keep vanilla around for good memories, I certainly don't want to go back to nerfed Evil Ryu for "shits". lol

Only people that don't want to move forward are yun players. I wonder if diago is going to go back to ryu with all the new nerfs.

Diego is switching to Akuma.

Because Super was better than AE.

I'm done with SFIV, bring on KOF XIII.
