Cable is an enhanced mutant from the future that is the son of Scott Summers and Madelyne Pryor, a cloned version of Jean Grey.

The Green Goblin is Norman Osborn, a businessman and scientist who injected himself with an experimental serum to test it. The serum granted him immense strength, but also drove him insane. He is considered the arch nemesis of Spiderman. He is known for using his glider and pumpkin bombs.
Patriot is a superhero in the Marvel Universe. His grandfather was one of the first test subjects for the super-soldier serum that gave Captain America his powers.
Spider-Man fought on both sides of the Marvel Civil War once the Superhuman Registration Act was passed, starting on Iron Man's side but then rejecting the Act and joining Captain America.
Prodigy is a superhero in the Marvel universe. Originally, the Prodigy persona and costume were a disguise for Spider-Man, but were later taken up by Ritchie Gilmore.

Captain America (Steve Rogers) is a superhero from Marvel comics. The only success of the United States' Super Soldier program, Rogers fought in World War II until he crashed a plane into the Arctic. There his body was left frozen in suspended animation until being revived in the modern day.
Ben Grimm is transformed into the Thing after cosmic rays pass through his body. This gives him rock-like skin, high endurance and super-strength.
