State of the Team Fortress 2 wiki page

The "complete" list of hats and miscs on the main wiki page is hilariously incomplete. We could try to add every missing item, but that would make this long, unwieldy page even longer. I'm thinking it may be best to move the list of cosmetic items to the class pages. So the scout page would list every hat and misc the scout can equip. Some of the class pages (like scout) already have some hats listed.

Any objections or other ideas?

Yeah that's what I did at one point with the Medic page a few years back. Sounds like a good plan to me!

Actually, it's impossible to extend a table, so I think lists are the best option. That way it'll be really simple to add new items.

The issue is that making edits to a page that size explodes the current iteration of the editor. Otherwise, I would have helped clean it up/add missing stuff ages ago.

AFAIK, we're sort of waiting for the design team to finish up the other important stuff on the site so they can take a second pass over the editor.

I moved the lists of class-specific hats and miscs to the class pages. There's still a list of all-class items on the main page.

To do next: dozens of items need object pages. Weapons are missing on class pages. Formatting across class pages is inconsistent.

I remember adding that list of hats ages ago. I'll put it this way, unless it was edited by someone after me, the state it was in was pretty much the complete list of hats in the game..
