Many Telltale employees worked on the classic Sam & Max Hit the Road in the days when LucasArts was known for making funny, original adventure games. In 2006 Telltale began making new Sam & Max games in an episodic format, released every month for half a year, making up Season One. So far Sam & Max has gone through two seasons and eleven episodes from Telltale, with only five episodes in Season Two compared to the six in Season One. The first season has been re-released on Wii and XBLA as a full package, with widescreen support and motion controls (Wii only). The series has consistently gained positive reviewer feedback and is Telltale's main franchise at this point.

Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People

Telltale has been releasing episodes based on the animated series from HomestarRunner.com called Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People. The game is released on both Telltale's website and WiiWare. Strong Bad's shares many elements with the Sam & Max series, such as point-and-click adventure and a dark sense of humour.

Bone

Based on the comic book series, Bone has only two episodes out at this point and has been confirmed by Telltale that the series isn't likely to continue any time soon.

Wallace and Gromit

On July 24th, Telltale announced that it would create a series based on the adventures of Wallace and Gromit. It is once again an episodic release with a total of 4 episodes. The game is the first of Telltale's releases which uses a direct control system over the point-and-click interface from classic adventure games. The game was released first in PC in March, May, June and July with the XBLA release to follow.

Tales of Monkey Island

An episodic Monkey Island game. Many of the people who worked on the first three Monkey Island games will be working on this project. It will include voice-overs from the voice cast from The Curse of Monkey Island and Escape from Monkey Island. The first episode will be released on July 7, 2009. It is to be released on PC Windows and WiiWare. It will be released one episode per month similar to previous Telltale releases. There will be five episodes.
