In the year 1884, Tennessee was robbing the bank and stealing the gold and money but end up in jail for crimes by Sheriff Toothpick. Meanwhile, Sly gets himself arrested and thrown into the same jail cell that Tennessee was held in, Tennessee didn't trust Sly for the first time until he proves him right. Sly helps Tennessee to break him out of jail and return to the hideout. Tennessee has finally retrieve his gunslinger gun from one of Toothpick's mine. Tennessee sees the female Fox named Carmelita who was being held as hostage, and then saving her life. When Sly and the gang was arrested and captured by Toothpick and his men, it's up to Tennessee and Carmelita to work together and rescue Sly, Bentley and Murray. Once they manage to break Sly and the gang free, Carmelita states that she can go back to Paris. His plan to get revenge on Toothpick for crimes, he steal the gold from Toothpick's train and transfer into Cooper Van. Tennessee attempts to attack Toothpick, but the Rat troopers knock over his gunslinger cane and deliver to Le Paradox, Sly will deal with Toothpick. After Sly defeats Toothpick, he is sent flying to Tennessee and arrest him as his prisoner.
