i just got this game and am interested in playing multilayer with a closer nit group of people hosting a server seems to be easy as u just run 2 clients and load a world you have ever created normally (though it would be more ideal if someone hosted a server 24/7 which i would be unable to do...)

id like us to all start fresh characters so we can all around the same experience level

I connected, it just says received tile data and nothing more. I click cancel and try to reconnect and it says I'm already in the server...buggy game. Ohh it worked now! I got disconnected a couple of times. I like what I saw. I want to play more but I'll wait for a patch or two. I'll definately play more later.

You guys might want to consider using Hamachi. The games netcode is a little wonky, but it runs smooth as butter on hamachi and clears up all problems (for us at least).

The devs are supposedly adding Steam server support soon. That should make finding multiplayer games a lot easier.

someone dug a tunnel that goes straight to the right from where you spawn on 70.66.154.114 and it goes really damn far, even had torches lighting it the whole way.  not sure how far it actually goes but i probly ran for 5 mins before i stopped a made a fortified little room with a workbench and furnace haha, dig it, i'm goin' back in
