Hey guys, a little annoyance I have encountered recently and can't find any information around so wondered if you guys could help! 
 
I've been doing a lot of the collectable stuff in the game, I've found most of the wrecks and am at 90 random challenges but still I can't seem to take photo's for the photographer. Is there a specific requirement that needs to be filled to begin taking them? I'm level 17, have been to Hawaii and have since returned to Ibiza. I have come to the most obvious photo - The first one - which is the Welcome to the island shot.  
 
Any ideas? 

Each photo has specific requirements, go to a photographers studio and look at the list, some need to be taken in certain weather conditions, at certain times of the day, with certain cars or particular combinations. Also the pics give clues about where you need to go to take the shots.
 
When you get there take the shot, there are meters in the camera that light up green when all requirements are met, then when you have taken the shot you are asked to name the picture it should recognise it as a quest pic and automatically suggest a name for you, use this name, click ok and cash in your $5000 dollars and xp points.
