Firstly, it is represented as a religious sect that trains orphans from childhood to be killing machines, instead of constantly scouting for the best suitable candidates to be used as professional assassins. Secondly, it is represented as the organization which 'created' 47, not Dr. Otto Wolfgang Ort-Meyer, as depicted in the games. There is no mention of 47 being a clone in the film adaptaion of the game franchise.
