Following the Rock Band formula, The Beatles: Rock Band immerses players into the shoes of the Fab Four as they progress through their career, featuring an exclusively Beatles theme and song list.
Unless Revolver is done as DLC, probably not. Even if you have the instruments playing the string quartet parts, there's no drums, so i'm sure its not high on they're priority list.
I really hope that Revolver becomes DLC. I don't see why it won't down the road. Right now however, only Abbey Road, Sgt. Pepper and Rubber Soul are announced, though those are 3 are probably their best anyway.
I certainly love the song, so it's sad to see it not in there. However, I'm not sure it would work with the Rock Band setup. There is always DLC, though.

This, but maybe they'll release a violin peripheral
DLC okay. Violin is the same as a bass. EADG. there is absolutely no reason for them to not be able to make you use the normal guitar peripheral for that song.
I believe there's an orchestral instrument part charted to guitar in I Am the Walrus (plus all the past songs in Rock Band with keyboards charted), so Eleanor Rigby is definitely not out of the question, especially since Revolver is probably one of the most likely albums we'll get as DLC eventually.
