A Biblically-inspired action roguelike where players take control of Isaac, a young boy who is running from his deranged mother, whose delusions lead her to believe God wants her son dead. Isaac has to navigate multiple floors of his basement - fighting enemies; bosses; and eventually, his mother.

The game is on sale on Steam until July 23rd. The base game costs $2.49, the soundtrack costs $0.49, and Wrath of the Lamb costs $1.49. Pick up any of this if you have not, as all of it is worth the price.

Today it costs $1.24 for the game, 0.24 for the soundtrack, and 0.74 for Wrath of the Lamb

there is no excuse now

Just putting this out there, but I would avoid Wrath of the Lamb until you've beaten the game 10 or so times, as WotL makes the game a lot harder...

I agree.
Just buy it as a gift and send it to your steam inventory then you can activate it another time and still get it for this awesome price! The expansion is awesome but it just adds too much to an already complicated and full game so it's only going to complicate things for newer players.
