A Biblically-inspired action roguelike where players take control of Isaac, a young boy who is running from his deranged mother, whose delusions lead her to believe God wants her son dead. Isaac has to navigate multiple floors of his basement - fighting enemies; bosses; and eventually, his mother.

Fuckin awesome. Can't wait. Especially for $3. Don't like the 3d style issac in the trailer though. He looks like an alien.

@BeachThunder: You beat me to it! I hope we see another quick look, or for that matter more Roguelike coverage, after seeing Dave on an old justintv stream, and seeing the Dungeons of Dredmoor QL I finally took the plunge last year with DoD and Isaac but I didn't really like Spelunky or Hack Slash Loot.

Right when I saw it on steam I bought it. Totally worth it. Too bad there isn't any achievements for it though.
