The Collector Base is located at the Galactic Core.
The Collector Particle Beam is a heavy weapon from Mass Effect 2. It can be acquired during the mission on Horizon.
The Collector Ship is a vessel that the Collectors use to hold and transport mass numbers of humans to their base.
No ship has ever returned from going through the Omega 4 Relay. The only known race to have ever gone back and forth through the relay is the Collectors. Some believe it leads to a black hole, while others believe there is an earth-like paradise on the other end.
