Anyways, in the old video I saw of the 'hack' the guy called it a 'debug mode', and it looked to have TONS of features.

How about fixing snaking in Mario Kart DS, so the bigger Characters can be viable in competitive play.
Or how about fixing the bug where u can finish a race in Mario Kart Wii, in .0001 seconds over 9999.9999, and have it report back to the online server that you did the whole track in .0001 seconds. I'm sure Nintendo's sick of deleting these record breaking times off the servers every day :p

Maybe it's not the way Nintendo meant for people to play the game, but it's not a glitch. Lots of character in fighting games aren't viable in competitive play but it doesn't mean the game is completely broken and should cease being played.
