    I wasn't in loving my first character so i created a new one. I skipped the intro area this time and now I'm running around having trouble finding good starter quests feeling under leveled and lost. Where should i head who should I talk too exc?

    When you start there's an island you can go to that's low level. Check the dock. Also explore everywhere don't just follow the roads.
