Improved occasional performance issues resulting from long term play (PlayStation 3)

Fixed issue where textures would not properly upgrade when installed to drive (Xbox 360)

Fixed crash on startup when audio is set to sample rate other than 44100Hz (PC)

Fixed issue where projectiles did not properly fade away

Fixed occasional issue where a guest would arrive to the player’s wedding dead

Dragon corpses now clean up properly

Fixed rare issue where dragons would not attack

Fixed rare NPC sleeping animation bug

Fixed rare issue with dead corpses being cleared up prematurely

Skeleton Key will now work properly if player has no lockpicks in their inventory

Fixed rare issue with renaming enchanted weapons and armor

Fixed rare issue with dragons not properly giving souls after death

ESC button can now be used to exit menus (PC)

Fixed occasional mouse sensitivity issues (PC)

General functionality fixes related to remapping buttons and controls (PC)

Looks like they actually fixed the biggest platform-specific issues in this patch. I'm pretty stoked about the control functionality remap stuff.

Just downloaded mine for PS3. Still can't purchase the house in Windhelm though because of some dumb bug...I really want that house =(

But I like my Bethesda games broken :(

Source  Real nice the fixed the two biggest issues (If you went on the official Skyrim forums the texture bug and the lag had people super upset.   360 version will be out Nov 30th 

I really hope they fixed more than that. So many quest scripting bugs.

Never thought I day this but I'm glad they left out a bug. Specifically the one bug which launches you thousands of feet into the air when killed by a giant.

When they gonna fix the glitch where I can't finish the main story cause Ulfric wont talk to me till I do Galmar's quest, but Galmar will only talk about how he is sad Ulfric is going to the council meeting? Or why I can't finish the Thieves Guild cause Gulum-Ei has fallen into the world somewhere in Solitude?

To me atleast these are alittle more important than textures.

Good. Now I can play on my Playstation properly. I have it on PC but sometimes I just want to fucking relax and play some Skyrim.

Kind of sad there's no mention about Blood on the Ice or Foresworn Conspiracy being fixed though. I've heard about Markarth being completely fucked beyond belief when doing Foresworn Conspiracy, to the point where you can't even enter the hold anymore because it's so bugged. Guards will send you straight down to the mines again regardless of if you've already done it.

Definitely something I was wanting. I really like the UI, but that was a bit of a bummer for the first ten hours before I got used to it.

I'm not going to believe that the PS3 issue is fixed until I see it. Not because I'm an ass or a skeptic, but because I've bought and played Fallout 3 and New Vegas on the PS3. Still waiting on the US patch release.

Well it's out in the U.S. and I see a very, very, very slight improvement. Now it runs at about 15fps instead of 10 and below. So this is awesome. (PS3)

EDIT: This is in major towns like Solitude.

Sneak, sneak, detected? What could have OH FUCK A FUCKING DRAGON WHAT TH- oh, he left. On edge for the rest of the play session.

No mention of the creation kit for PC yet huh?

Perhaps the speculation is true and they're holding off til after DLC...or maybe not even releasing it at all so nobody gets the jump on anything they might decide to offer later.

You can rename weapons and armor? I know what I'm doind when I get home.

only when you enchant it I believe.

Fuuuuuuuu...they didnt say anything about fixing the bug that prevents me from completing the main quest.
