I am officially going a class where I am good at stealth and stealing stuff, because this is hilarious, just the fact that it even works is hilarious.

Hahaha, laughed so hard watching this. Kinda wish I never saw it though, going to be hard to resist using this.

I used to do that in new vegas you could pick up weapons up in a shop and carry them to a place where you can't be seen and then pick it up and it wouldn't count as stealing

I love how the tech was sophisticated enough to make it so the NPCs actually see out of their eyes but not smart enough to realise some asshole is putting a barrel over their head... Still pretty cool sploit though.

You could pick objects up in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, but you didn't have good control over it. You couldn't actively rotate objects in the air so I'd be very hard to do. However you could place barrels in front of the NPC's line of sight and steal shit without them catching you. Most of the time it wasn't really worth it as the best equipment would always be in dungeons or really derelict buildings full of enemies.

The lack of the ability to put live grenades in the pockets of NPC's is disappointing but the game is great nonetheless.
