If you follow Bethesda on Twitter you may have caught there latest tweet.

"To update: we’re also close on new Skyrim content for PS3 and PC"

So there we go, looks like we will be seeing DLC after all, I haven't really touched Skyrim since early this year. Would love a reason to jump back in.

@natedawg_kz I'm pretty sure they already released a patch for the water freezing bug. I had been having the same issue aswell.

So does Bethesda have some grudge against the PS3? I purposely avoid buying any of their games on the PS3 because I hear nothing but horror stories about game breaking bugs and how Bethesda is slow to release patches.

The water freezing thing was fixed, but you still have to delete all the stored information on you ps3 and re-install everything. you can keep the saves but everything else has to go.

Its still a massive pain that it has taken so long for anything to be done about Skyrim DLC-wise, I loved skyrim and was just waiting for a chance to jump back in.

As much as I complain about it though i'm still going to buy it.

No. Their code/engine doesn't translate to the PlayStaion 3 architecture very well at all.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: anybody who bought this on PlayStation 3 should've sold it.

that's easy to fix go to the game data(not the saved data.) and delete the update data. you have to re update the game but the glitch should be fixed.

I wonder if PlayStation + members will get the dlc discounted....

@Napalm: I didnt sell my copy and it works fine now.

Hm, interesting (and good, hopefully, for all you ps3 players!). Annoyingly diffuse, but cool nonetheless.
