I'm old enough that I remember when a lot of games came with cloth maps. And I still think this is a lame bonus. At least it's free and retailer-independent (unless you go to Gamestop since they won't have enough). Since I play TF2, I think the bonus hat you can get for that is cooler.

I remember when these things were actually free, and not stupid pre-order bonuses...

There was a physical map of Hogwarts in a Harry Potter game on the PS2 that I have laying around. That must've been the deal of a lifetime.

And while I appreciate pre-order bonuses that are actual, physical objects rather than some kind of in-game helmet or whatever... if it's just a shitty paper map, then I'm not excited. I still have a shitty paper Morrowind map that came with the normal, non-preordered version of that game around here somewhere. You look at it once or twice, then throw it out or stuff it somewhere.

GTA and RDR also had maps in it so yea.

Just like every Rockstar game regardless of pre-order!

I would rather have a pre-order bonus of $10 off.

The only good preorder bonus is no preorder bonus. Put it in the box. The other games did.

I still liked the Wind Waker pre-order bonus more.

All versions of the game come with a paper map just like most Bethesda/Rockstar games. The point here is that this is a higher quality "cloth" map, not them taking something out of the box and making it pre-order only.
