I have the spell she wants and the ability to perform it. Ive done it a million times infront of her and it does nothing. So I talk to her, say I want to say the test, but I can't perform the spell, I only have the "nevermind" option. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or if it might be a glitch?

I found the problem. You have to aim it at the eye plate thing on the ground

It worked for me. I asked her for the spell since I did not have it, casted it, and then it worked.

I recommend reloading, or talking to her and see if she can give you the spell. Maybe you have the wrong version, or, the higher level version (you might have apprentice and it requires novice, or something)
