No, fuck the Whiterun general store owner. I tried to murder him during a Stormcloaks quest in Whiterun but kept getting caught in the act.

Engineer of the first Imperial Railway. Dig up some Dwemer ruins and harvest some technology. Seems easy enough. Connect every major place with trains!
