The fifth installment in Bethesda's Elder Scrolls franchise is set in the eponymous province of Skyrim, where the ancient threat of dragons, led by the sinister Alduin, is rising again to threaten all mortal races. Only the player, as the prophesied hero the Dovahkiin, can save the world from destruction.
You freaked me out there for a second, but yeah, it's the dragon on the left.
Animals pretty much always look to the right (its right, our left) in heraldry, unless there's two of them, in which case they generally face each other. It has to do with the whole thing about right being good (right in Latin is "dexter", as in "dextrous" or "dexterity") and left being evil (left in Latin is "sinister"), or something.
