As long as they come out of nowhere and spot you from a distance greater than the player character can see, I'm sold.

@MikeGosot: It's essential for big time RPG players but hard to recommend to other gamers. Oblivion is great though. Any Bethesda game that is not an RPG I can not really defend though.

I heard there are smurfs in this game.

I highly doubt that there will be but gosh I hope so. As long as the mermaids are your allies, I don't want to kill a mermaid.

Well Skyrim does have cooking, so if the game does turn out to have mermaids, your dream could become a reality.
