I last played this game the week it came out and I have no idea how I heal my self. It's not any the tutorial any help would be awesome thanks.

...You need a syringe to heal yourself, or possibly a medkit, though medkits are extremely rare. Increasing your health via the upgrades system back in the save room will also fully heal you.

when you pick up your first syringe it'll tell you. You just select it from the radial menu.
