Does anybody know how the traveling between cities is going to work?

Can't say I do. I haven't really followed any info on the game, but I definitely want to play it. I thought the original Godfather game was pretty darn impressive. It had a couple issues, but the core gameplay was certainly entertaining enough.

maybe maimi and new york I think cuba is just the tutorial area

I haven't really paid attention to the game and didn't even know there were multiple cities...Hopefully they have a nice system for travel in-game and I'm hoping that this game is actually good. I actually really enjoyed the first and would love to see this one do well, but the lack of press has me a bit worried.

tons of great games have gotten no or little press like Valkyrie Chronicles, saints row 2, dead space, etc etc

you just go to the airport and talk to the travel agent and travel to another city. You first unlock New York, then Flordia, and the last city Cuba
