I've just pulled this off my pile of shame and have been genuinely surprised how much I'm enjoying it - despite the fact that it's a bit shit.

I still haven't completed GTA4's storyline, yet I'm picking away at this? What has the world come to?

I played Godfather a couple of years ago on the PS2 alright game, it was fun.

Yeah it's alright, controls are whack at some points (driving, some shooting/hand to hand combat) but other than that, it's decent.

Why would that be on your pile of shame? That's a really fun game.

It just didn't grab me at all the first few times I tried to get into it.

I just started playing the Godfather on the PC yesterday and I'm hooked. I had no idea extorting businesses and gaining new territories is fun. I know it borrows a lot of GTA gameplay but I kinda prefer the Godfather than GTA because of it's storyline and it's cool Gangster universe. Also I'm not a big GTA fan but it's good both ways.

I thought the Godfather was great and entertaining.  So good, in fact, that I bought it for both PS2 and Wii.  I spent upwards of 80 hours total on these games.

Yeah, it's actually quite a good game. This is one game I definitely need to pick up in the future, just to have in my collection. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

It has a lot of great concepts that (hopefully) Godfather II can actually carry through. Sort of like Fable 1 did.

I loved that game.

It's totally better than GTA 4.
Most games are better than GTA 4.
