I was bemoaning that this game may not build much of a community yesterday, so I figure I will try to do something about it today.  This thread is for the posting and discussion of live streams for The King of Fighters XIII.  A stream is going up today (September 4) at 1 PM PST (4 PM EST) from IPLAYWINNER.The stream itself will go up here.  As far as I know, the game hasn't gotten much play on American streams.  It should be interesting to watch. 

Sorry to double-post, but the stream has gone live.  You can find it here.  The character variety has been pretty good thus far.  Poor Haunts lost a match in the last second of the final round.  Yeesh!

I'm really stoked for this release. I'm glad that this game is getting attention.

I've been watching all the ranbats they've been streaming, I'm pretty excited for this game. I wished that KoF 2002 UM had a better community on XBL then a hand full of guys from South America that have crappy connections.

I'm hoping that there's good netcode for XIII. For what has been shown of the console version, this looks like a winner.

I hope Atlus promotes the shit out of this game. This game deserves to be on Street Fighter's level, and the only reason it's not is the lack of exposure.

@jewunit: I forsee Atlus bringing over the Persona fighting game. I don't see why they wouldn't since Persona is a popular franchise in North America. It'd be the same story if they decided not to bring over Persona 4: The Golden for PS Vita.  Atlus has done pretty well with this. They brought the game to EVO, Otakon, and PAX. I like how they've released move list videos up for the characters. They're promoting the game, but it does seem that it may be more successful by word of mouth.

Hot! Still trying to decide if I should buy the home release of this. I'm complete garbage at SNK fighters.

The costumes have become a draw for me.  I love that Mr. Karate can be accessed as a costume for Takuma.  The option to play as the Big Bear variant of Raiden is great too.  The other characters seem to have variants that make them look like other characters as well.  I just saw that Robert has an alternate color that makes him look like Terry and Kyo has a variant that makes him look like Iori.
 
The guessing games on some moves are getting clearer as I watch more video content.  It is fun to see how people go back and forth faking Shen's big punch move.  It seems like a focus attack without armor, but with much more power behind it.
