I'm playing through TLOU for the second time, this time on survivor. I'm currently very close to the end and in one of the rooms in the hospital there is an opticians chart that reads "RUN, YOUR (sic) NEARLY THERE, DONT QUIT!". I thought this was a pretty rad easter egg but I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere.

heh. I think he means that it's an easter egg in The Last of Us. I don't believe it's a reference to anything; it's just a fourth-wall encouragement to the player. So, when you're struggling on Survivor mode right near the end of the game, looking at this board will show you some words directed at the player to keep running and not give up because you're very close to the end. :)

Not sure. I haven't found this, but if it is as described, it may just be on Survivor. Which makes me think they might have hidden other words of encouragement in the game. ha. Though maybe that's hoping for too much.

No I didn't play it on survivor and I remember seeing that at the end. It actually made that last bit easier because I wasn't focusing on killing everyone. I just needed to get past the correct people. Such a good game.

Man, that last firefight was an absolute bitch on survivor.

I notiiced it the first run through. Gave me that last bit of energy to finish! Man what a great game.
