Here is a universal code you can enter into PSN to get the free The Last of Us dynamic theme.

I believe the code only works for North America, but I may be wrong. You can also get this code by going through the song and dance of liking the game on Facebook and watching the trailer on the page then waiting to receive the message. Enjoy!
