Actually I thought she looked a whole lot like the early teen Drake in Uncharted 3. But they do people pretty well.

All I can say is that this isn't probably going to be a game I am interested in..but it looked pretty darn good.

Yes, it kinda is obvious. I've seen a topic or comment like this on everything related to the game. That being said, I like Ellen Page and I like zombies, but I don't have a PS3 so I'm sad.
