Do you want it for the Vita? Naugthy Dog is Sony 1st party so if you're waiting for it to be released on non-sony platforms you might as well stop.

Well, I was kind of expecting that, but it's still a shame. But hey, if it means a more polished game, by all means, take your time Naughty Dog :')

What I'm afraid of, though, is that I don't see this game coming out early next year... So it probably means Winter 2013, which is a looooooooong time to wait :'/

I really want to play it but i'm happy that they are taking the time they need to make sure it is the best they can make it. I trust Naughty Dog.

I don't think ME3 is going to be a finalist this year as much as I really do like that game.

I think this will come out in the Summer of 2013 or the Fall. I was reading a interview with a head of Sony who said that they think there is plenty of life in the PS3 and aren't going to jump into next gen. This backs up what Jack said about them never being first

These demos make my post-apocalyptic(ish) gamer heart happy. Hope the devs take their time to make this one doubleplusgood. And the Jimmy Fallon clip is worth a look just to hear the crowd reaction after Ellie pitches that brick.

I can't say I'm surprised and I'm quite happy for ND to take the time they need to make this game everything it can be :)

PlayStation 4 launch title perhaps...

I'm honestly really pleased about this. This fall already has a host of big games that really deserve the player's full attention (Dishonored, XCOM, AC III, etc.) it would be a shame for the Last of Us to not have room to breathe.
