Iv only play 15 hours of Twilight Princesess I like and now I'm looking to get Skyword Sword. I'm just wonder if I should get it now or just wait to get it when it's 20 bucks. Thoughts?

Finish Twilight Princess first?

Go and watch Yahtzee's review at Escapist, have a laugh and save some money.

If you really have to ask on a gaming forum you're probably fine with waiting!

I consider it a lot better than Twilight Princess was. The sword moves nicely, and discourages the waggling that was rampant back in a lot of the previous Wii games. If you're really liking TP, though, you could probably stand to wait.

I finished Skyward Sword yesterday and would recommend it, but you should finish Twilight Princess first.

isn't this what all those reviews are for?

also: finish twilight princess!

If you see it at a good price (by your definition), just buy it ...... you are unlikely to be disappointed.

If you need convincing, don't buy it.

I though they weren't chronological? Also as far as the reviews, I've read them but was looking for more opinions.

There is a timeline but it's just a little... complicated. I think even Nintendo themselves released an OFFICIAL timeline that is floating around the internet.

they aren't but if he has a Zelda game (a very good one) and hasn't finished it, why buy the new one? the best stuff usually happens in the later parts anyway (yeti dungeon, double hookshot, horse battle).

the only thing you need to know is that the game starts slow and you just have to stick with it until after the first (tutorial) dungeon.

Skyward Sword is a great game, but I agree that you should finish TP first.

@jd18b: i didnt beat TP, didnt really like that much i guess, and that was my most anticipated game. i think i just got lost as i was not using a guide and just got frustrated. gotta have a guide for zelda games so that doesnt happen.

anyways trying renting it first dummy!
