There was no mention of it in this week's I Love Mondays. I've been looking forward to seeing this game in action before going out and buying it.

I can't imagine this game will go without a Quick Look, and if it does, that just means it's going to get a video review. The guys would be crazy to not put out any Skyward Sword content.

One of the guys tweeted that while the review embargo was up the "video over XX minutes" was not up until some time this week.

I'm not sure why it would be mostly Klepek, but even if it was, it'd probably be fine. The only time that dude has annoyed me is when Brad was trying to go for his achievement in Geometry Wars, because he was being an antagonistic little shit in the least amusing of ways. It just made the whole thing uncomfortable.

I think there's a video review and quick look on Friday.

The game comes out on Sunday (US), therefore, any quick look is likely going to happen on or after that date (assuming there is an embargo on footage of the game, which is likely).

I wouldn't bet on it, I get the feeling the crew doesn't really care about this game.

Whenever the quick look goes up, it'd be nice if Jeff was one of the guys there. He's reviewed a lot of Zelda games and though I don't care if he loves it or hates it, I'd like to hear what he has to say.

What´s up with all the embargos lately? It seems like most publishers are afraid to show their games... yeah, I know it´s probably to avoid spoilers or complete walktroughs on youtube, but this still sucks.

Even worse are the damn review embargos that end like a day before release. At that point you can´t even cancel your order anymore most of the time- and let´s face it, I´m not gonna buy games at fucking gamestop or something and pay more for less service.

With Zelda, I just want to see how the game plays, so they should do a little dual cam action and have somebody wave the wiimote around. They could pick an area in the middle of the game and avoid spoilers completely.

Do we have an ETA on when this is gonna go up? Really don't want to be that guy, but I mean, it's kind of nuts that we've had a review out for over a week and no indication of when the Quick Look is coming.

I just realized there was no Quick Look too! I'm sure it has something to do with Nintendo being crazy.

I believe some video embargo nonsense from Nintendo exists until the 20th. So maybe after that?

Yeah, the homepage said it would go up at 12:01 AM (midnight) PST, but it appears only the video review went up, and now the Skyward Sword QL isn't on the homepage schedule. Weird.

@Sogeman: I thought so too but I checked right as it was gonna be posted and what went up was the Video Review. Either I misread or the wrong thing was written in the schedule.

No it definitely said Quick Look. Maybe it will be up later today. Kinda doubt it but you never know.

On Jeff's formspring, he said that they might be doing a Quick Look for this game this week.

I have a strong premonition that it might even be as early as tomorrow morning.
