Diagnosis: You're doing something wrong. Probably playing on a low end PC. Give specs.

You don't know your computer specs but you can play Crysis on high at 30fps?
That seems so wrong for some reason.

What confuses me the most is why you'd wan't to use The Orange Box SDK.

no it's legal and of corse I know my computer specs it's just that saying it can play crysis should be enough of a statement.

Let's not use words like that. It puts off getting a real answer. There's nothing illegal about downloading pirated games. Only distribution.

There could be known conflict errors with certain hardware. :)
I don't know if that is an actual problem with TF2 or its SDK, but it would definitely help your cause.

Uhh nope. It's completely legal to download pirated music, movies and games. It may be against the policy of your ISP however. It's the websites that you download them from that are violating laws.

In both countries I've lived in, yes. Also in the United States.

Long story short, it's legal on the basis of 'try before you buy'. Since technically you don't 'own' the product and you could delete it at any time.

I was under the impression laws were a bit stricter, at least here in aus.

Until only recently it was technically illegal to rip your music and listen to it on a mp3 player.
