Just try going through really slow making sure you check everywhere.

I think there arent any video walkthroughs but there is a a checklist somewhere that tells you how many grubs are in each chapter if that helps at all.

Good luck. I tried it for a while but I really wanted to finish the game so I had to give up. I didn't like the caves at all.

I think Valve did that intentionally. You know, you're just going along, stampeding over lowly grubs, so it's only right you get trampled in return, right?

I was so pissed off that I spent forever finding them ad then I ended up 12 short. Fuck! Plus, I found those caves so creepy that i'm probably never going to go through that section ever again.
