The Simpsons Arcade game originally released in 1991 by Konami is a wonderful beat em up that i use to always seek out when I went to the arcades in my youth days. Nowadays the game is much easier to find, and I have it for MAME and now on the playstation network. Over the span of only a handful of years, Konami released several iterative side scrolling brawlers that were based on known properties. This included Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, (Bucky! Captain) Bucky O'Hare, and the amazing six-player, triple screen X-Men.
