Just curious, my PC ran The Sims 2 fine. So should it be okay to run 3?

Well if it ran it fine I don't see why not, it's not that much higher in requirements, just turn it on low first then medium and then go from there.

In my shitty computer's case, nope. It'll run the Sims 2 on low-medium but the Sims 3 is unplayable. This statement makes me feel terrible and I need a new computer now.

Chcek out the system requirements lab, that will test your computer to see if you can run it.

The Sims 3 runs better on my computer than Sims 2 did. Food for thought.

Yeah it should be able to run fine man, just run from low settings up and see what quality you can run the graphics at with a decent performance rate.
